Autochthonous wine varieties in Slatina are Graševina and Frankovka, which reflect the tradition of viticulture in the region. Graševina is the most important white grapevariety in Croatia, and in Slatina is grown those of high quality. This wine has a light yellow color, fruity aroma and refreshing taste, and is known for its fullness and balance. Frankovka is a black grapevariety whose wine is characterized by a dark color, fruity smell and rich ness of taste permeated with notes of red fruit.
